Fr. Dr. Anthony Aniagbaoso Igwe was born on 3f August, 1973. He was ordained Catholic Priest in 2002. He is a holder of three Doctorate degrees: in (2011) from the University of Nigeria; in Philosophy (2013) from Nnamcli University; and in Economics (2016) from the Enugu State University of Science.
He is a member of the Nigerian institute of Management, and a Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Nigeria, Campus as well as a Visiting Lecturer at the Enugu State University of Science. He has served in various capacities with the Catholic Diocese of Enugu, of which include Administrator of the Diocesan Shares (2003-present) and of the Diocesan Catholic. Hospitals (2010-2012).
He is at present the Priest of Holy Cross Parish, Iji Nike, Enugu, and the Administrator of Ntasi Obi Trans Ekulu, Enugu. He is also a member of the Enugu State Health Advisory Committee. Fr. Igwe became a member of the UPMFB Board of Directors in 2012,
