Mr. Cajetana C. Eze, was appointed Head, Human Resources, UP-MFB Ltd on November 20, 2008.

The New Head of the Human Resources unit of the bank, who hails from Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State, holds a B.Sc Degree in Political Science, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Eze's past working experience before joining UP-MFB was: Clerk, Inter Contractors Nigeria Ltd (1981-1984); Irrigation Officer, Lower Anambra Irrigation Project, Omor, under Anambra Imo River Basin Development Authority (A.I.R.B.D.A) Owerri (1985 2003); and Head of Administration Department, Lower Anambra Irrigation Project, Omor (2004 2008). Mr. Eze is married with children.

Sir Abuchi Anueyiagu, an Officer of the Order of Knights of St. John International (KSJ), commandery 638, assumed duties in UP-MFB Ltd in February 2009, incharge of the newly created Public Relations/Media Affairs unit of the bank. Anueyiagu, who read Mass Communication and Public Administration, is from Eziama Obaire, Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State. Before joining UP-MFB he has had 26 years experience in core/mainstream journalism practice.

Some of the media houses he worked for as a journalist are: Post Newspapers Owerri (1983); Satellite Newspapers (1984 - 1986); Sports Sourvenir/Complete Football; Vanguard newspaper; This Day newspaper; The Comet newspaper; National Interest Newspaper; Daily Times Newspaper, etc.

Abuchi Anueyiagu has held such positions as Chairman, Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Enugu State Council (twice); Chairman, Correspondents' chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) Enugu State Council; Secretary, Sacred Heart Parish, Uwani, Enugu; Chairman, St. James Zone, Sacred Heart Parish, Uwani Enugu; Chairman, Eziama Obaire Improvement Union, Enugu branch, etc. He is married with children.
